fabulous need Skenzo, TrafficZ, Fabulous and InternetTraffic accounts

I have applied to Skenzo, TrafficZ, Fabulous and InternetTraffic, but my applications were rejected. Is someone from any of these companies staff able to open me an account? Please note that I own a portfolio of 250+ names with 100% type-in traffic (50% from USA) with cpc ranging from 20 to 150 USD
