I have recived an interesting offer all the bulk for all these for X client. Now I am not sure if I am missing something here or he just wants them for some unknown reason.

You have some good and some bad here. The price will go from low xx to low xxx i think. LLLL is going to be very popular some day so thats why someone will have all your LLLL-
