I have several fansite domain names that I wish to develop. I need someone to provide me a turnkey fansite with content (articles, photos, videos, etc), forums, etc.

My suggestion would be not to worry about the forum section until your generating significant traffic, otherwise you'll just have dead forums. I can take on this work but need to know your budget per site. PM me for some examples if interested.
