What kind of sick minds have these insane people?

Why do I need to call to get the auth code to get my domains out of there?

I'm not even fluent in English !! :?:

I had to call too and the auth code STILL doesn't work. I called them back and they said, oh that's the right auth code alright...blah blah. I have to call them again monday.

Anyone from Register on this board ? Got any answers ?????

This happened to me and they put a sales pitch on me. I eventually got the name out.

I made one phonecall and got all my domains out of this shit hole.

Its a real pain when us NON-USA people have to make an international call , only to be told about their new this and that , bla bla bla... and when you insist on EPP codes , they put you on hold for 10 mins .... ( hoping you'll hang up I suppose ) ...

I made one phonecall and got all my domains out of this shit hole.
but then you go on Snap and end up with more . repeat process ....

it is against the current ICANN transfer policy for Register.com to not provide you with an electronic means to get the auth codes online UNLESS they respond to any email requests you send for the codes within 5 buisness days. So basically you can send them an email asking for the codes and they have to provide them within 5 days or they are in violation of the ICANN transfer policy.

A simple google search using the terms ICANN transfer policy will take you to the policy and you can cut and paste the text and send it to their suppost staff.
