Can you explain to me what you mean by customized? Applying a theme that matches with a customized logo?

Actually trying to see if it is possible to fit it within the site, but this seems like it may be difficult, so maybe just install with a skin. I found some pretty nice skins for vbulletin online.

I want to put the forum within a retail site.
