Does it have to be 100% custom, because that would cost alot more. I already have an "online shop" script, which has the paypal checkout and update-able database built in. Plus I have thousands of templates, including some "girls clothing" templates. For, say, $100 I could install the shop script, customize it with a "girls clothing" template, then add a custome logo, and you would have a professional $xxxx looking site for only $100.

Depends what you are after. Some people don't like templates and turnkey scripts, and would rather have a site custom built to their requirements, but of course that cost more...

you are still in my budget, but i have not seen any previous work
