Wanted: Service Need Your Advice: Best web development company to partner with?

Ok, I'd like some input here. What company is the best in terms of partnering with to get web development / design jobs done. I'm going to be starting a site that will generate a lot of projects for web design/development. I would like a company that will do the work for me as (private label) and then I'll just take a cut of the revenue for it. What companies are best? Anyone else already partner or affiliate with a web dev company? Let me know your opinions, thanks!
