Thought be a good time to get this appraised then:

Neighbour.info

English spelling

The .co.uk domain ... neighbours.co.uk sold in october 2006 on sedo for 25,000 euros, 16,708 pounds.
Over $30,000

Hi Predator,

It's perfect time to list this. I just acquired Neighborhood.info and have posted it for appraisal too. Neighbor/Neighbour actually has twice more overture than Neighborhood. However, neighborhood has more search result return. They actually mean something different so I hope you don't mine me using it as in comparison.

I do think that Neighbour.info will be mid to high $xxxx in UK and best yet... its value will continue to go up. Good luck!

Thanks Kawing.
Oh, and congrats on your awesome 'supernatural' sale! :thumb:

Oh no... I wasn't the lucky seller. I sold it to another dnf member and he is the one who scored the sale. :) It is one lesson I have to learn which is to hold and believe. kekeke. :)

Neighbour.info is a very good domain for a social community site. End-user price should be high $x,xxx - low $xx,xxx (such a wide range because of end-user budget of course). Personally I would not be happy in the every rising .info market to see this go for less than $10,000 (but then again as with everything external factors may sometimes affect this stance).

Damn good name Pred, but what else would I expect from you!

No, you turned a good profit.
We're resellers. Endusers are like the Northern Lights, you rarely see them.
Trust me, paid through the nose to go to Iceland & was told you rarely see them. Clouds are a problem! LOL
Anyway, you both got a good payday.
We all have bills to pay. Don't we all?
cheers
