What's opinion on value? It currently runs a very modded IPB 1.3 with some cool addons.

Site has been up only since April 2004.

It's focus is NeoPets and other young adult kid topics.

The site makes about high XX from adsense. I am sure that will grow as I add more things to the site.

Anyways I just wanted a rough estimate of what you feel the site is worth.

value = average monthly income, x's 12 for 2 yrs, + the cost of developement and add 1k.

Are you giving me a generic equation or do feel my site in question has that value. Because if that is an equation I think it is missing some things.

Like growth potential, Domain Name, Maintence Requirements, Page Rank, and Search Indexing. I am sure their are other things to consider too.

all the other things you mentioned like "maintenance,page ranking and indexing
are included in the cost of development.

a price cannot be placed on potential,as any name has potential!

This of course, is only my opinion.
