.net and .info are they worth it ?

Yesterday I found couple really nice domains with .net or .info extension. All those domains with .com are already registered. I don't want to develop those domains, just keep it maybe resell it but is it worth to go this way with .net or .info ?

I think .net is certainly worth something specially many good .com names are already registered so .net is the next preferred extension after .com. .info will certainly gain more value in the coming years. Having said that if it's a nice, brandable and a keyword rich domain name it would sell instantly and at an attractive price irrespective of the extension.
