netestate.com ??? what is happening here ?

i recently purchased a .com from the owner who had the domain at netestate.com ... i accessed the domain changed the a/c password and whois to my info...

suddenly i got a email from them

Dear Customer,
> At the moment your domain GRANTGEORGEDESIGN.COM can't be modified via netestate.com site.
> If you have questions, please contact Registrar Support.

> Netestate LLC


iam not not able to acess the domain .


there is no response from their custmer care or suppourt for more than a week


what should i do now ?

help me out guys

This happened to me with a Tucows reseller. I try and avoid small registrars or resellers as much as possible. All you can do is keep emailing them. Maybe look up the WHOIS info on netestate.com and contact them. This is likely a one man show.

If they are a reseller for somebody else, you can contact the main company (enom, godaddy etc) and see if they can help you.
