The site is a free file hosting site. Do to a smart placement of google ads the site have being profitable since the begining.
The reason for selling is that I've come to the conclusion that I'm really not good managing this kind of sites. I managed to make it grow continuosly since the opening of the site. On April the site was making receiving around 15,000 daily visitors on average(right now it gets 5,000). I decided to move the site to a new host, but because my lack of server management knowledge during the moving of the site it was down for around 10 days.
Also, a lot of files where lost on the site transfer and from that day on, the site visitors began to reduce in number. It have being stable on 5000 daily visitors for around a month now.
Revenue
All the revenue comes from google adsense. Currently the site makes $540 per month.
The site uses an 10mps unmetered server that costs $110 per month.
So the Net Income per month is around $430.
