Why? If these American (excluding S.America, Canada, Europe) companies dont have trademarks in asia, why should they register? I think American companies should stay out of .asia domains if they dont have any trademarks. Its a different world here in asia.

hmmm, let Netfirms scam asia!? This doesnt make sense. Netfirms encourages N.American businesses (only N.America?) which have NO trademarks in asia and yet Netfirms is participating in misrespresentation of companies' business location!?

There are thousands more companies in asia than simply N.America (only N.America) and netfirms encourages such practice to protect their trademark!?
