NetID.com was actually in Escrow last January for $119,000......the buyer, a small West Coast internet security co., had funding problems and could net get loan approved....then they offered me stock shares in their small private company for half of the purchase and I declined. (too illiquid).

I don't understand why that would be a miracle. Seems like an excellent domain name for some kind of internet security company. idnet would be better imo, still netid seems great and probably doesn't need a miracle to sell at that price.

Actually no.

It was a result of 2 weeks of offer/counter offer negoitations.....then when buyer stopped at $60,001 (prior offer by same guy was $60,000)....I then kicked it into auction and his final/highest offer became binding reserve.

My first counter offer was above $119,000....after his initial bid of $5,000.
