I built this network of sites back in 2004. It's a nifty collection of airplace websites, each one about a specific type of airplane. The domains are all great keyword domains. I haven't put any effort into promoting them, just interlinked them and let the search engine do what it does, and they get a decent amount of traffics. I have them all in a single hosting account, for easy moving to your servers. I'm selling because I just bought out a couple of big websites and got bills to pay!
2005 earnings are about $2,300.
- It is making about $30 per month in Adsense, this is fairly steady over the past six months, I will provide screenshots upon request.
- I have one advertiser paying $50 per month via Paypal for adspot on each of the sites.
- Three yearly advertisers renewing in August, total payments are $1,332.00.
Note: I can't guarantee any of these will renew or continue. I have not aggresively pursued other advertisers for the sites, obviously an enterprising fellow could do better than I with them. Upon completion of the sale, I will provide you with the contact information for the advertisers. My experience is 50% renew. Also consider the value in knowing the contact information of people willing to pay directly for advertising spaces on your websites, this may be more valueable than just the revenue you potentially received via this purchase (meaning, you can ask them if they want to buy ads on your other sites too). Again, the only thing I can guarantee is that I will provide you the information about the advertisers who have paid to place ads on this network. After the purchase, it will be up to you to develop a relationship with the advertisers. I can also send a note to the advertisers introducing you to them, if you wish. They are all good people.
According to the Adsense screens, the network shows about 331 ad impressions per day (taken from the first two weeks of January 2006). Each of the domains was selected not only for a specific model of airplane but for showing decent numbers in Overtures keyword suggestion tool. The traffic can potentially be really cranked up by putting some efforts into building backlinks to each of the domains. Upon request, I will show you some screen prints of the Adsense revenues.
The articles were created uniquely for this network of sites. The purchase will include the sole rights, if you find it being used anywhere else, you are within your rights to sue.
