Has anyone had experience with Netsol's Certified Offer option? They charge $39 upfront just to make an offer then another 5% or so if it is accepted. What if the offer is rejected or countered? Do you keep paying the $39 fee? Good? Bad? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.
