New ccTLDs

Hello,

I have one question if somebody knows about ccTLDs.

I have send an email to icann about this but just wanted to know if anybody know anything that can help me, Does anybody know if it's possible to own a ccTLDs top level domain of a country name even if you don't talk with the government or anything like that?

Can i apply for an ccTLDs without the government for my country? It's been 6 year's we are republic now, and nobody ever applied for our ccTLDs the government doesnt even care about that it's very small country "Kosovo"

If anybody know anything please let me know anything would help thanks.

I'm afraid that even the government of Kosovo will have a hard time getting its own TLD at this time.

Most other countries would turn you down, but you can most definitely apply for becoming a partner at Domainistan.

You are right, it's very hard to get it for Kosovo even the government but since they don't even want to try it, I want to do try and get it.
