I'm not an appraiser, nor do I play one but I fail to see the value in the domain.

16an0 - not an and, but an "an" plus the site only has short-term development potential. There isn't much that can be done in the long term unless other teams go 16-0.

IMO - It will only be worth something if it is developed into a very successful site.
