We are building an affiliate database where people will be able to search for a prospective affiliate by category so that if you run a travel website you will be able to input travel and it will give you an up to date list of all decent travel affiliates with the following info on each of them.

a- Name of company
b- Type of product or service the sell
c- PPC or PPS
d- Commissions they pay
e- Website url
f- Affiliate signup url
g- Fee if any
f- System Rating

Users will also be allowed to add their own affiliate into the system but it will need to be approved and only one affiliate will be allowed per company.

any suggestions on this are welcome.

Great idea. Let me know if you need any help on this. I mod and own several affiliate forums, plus do consulting and promotion for about 12 affiliate programs (all the ones on my site in sig) which keeps me pretty busy. Plus I am getting ready to launch 3 new programs in July and 4 in August - so quite frankly I am swamped. But this project interests me so I may have a little time and have been involved in many similar projects.

What are the rules? Since I manage 13 programs I feel it's best for your viewers if I start a new thread for each, so if they can find programs by topic that would be a good match for their domains. Just want to check and be sure that is OK.
