Google did not ban parking, it shut down the ad engine underneath it, and the report lays that wind down out accurately. I stopped treating parking as a revenue line some time ago and treat it as an inquiry catcher instead.

The numbers match what I see on my own names. A name with no real type in traffic earns essentially nothing now, and keyword names that still get direct traffic land between a few cents and a few dollars a month depending on how commercial the visitors are. For a normal portfolio that no longer covers renewals, so the renewal decision has quietly become the monetisation decision.

What I do instead is put every name genuinely for sale on a lander with a clear price or minimum offer and a working contact form, because that captures buyers whether or not the ads pay. I also check where the traffic really comes from before blaming the feed, since a lot of what looked like visitors was referral noise.
