here are a few sites for sale, details below.

This is a custom site with some nice features. This site sell templates of course. It sells three different packages, and then it sells all together in one group. The templates are the common ones you see, but those are the safe ones that I can feel sure I do have resell rights on. The packages are priced at $4.95, $8.95, 14.95 and $19.95, of course you could change to what ever. The zips for each are included. After payment you would just need to send them the download info. You could password protect and let paypal send them to thankyou page, but to many find those pages so I prefer no to do it that way.
I have also added all the template monsters sites as well. I hope it encourages them buy the packages, but if they buy there thats great too.
Part of the reason I added monster, as well as the free template samples was for seo. I didn't go after templates, but I did target a few of the other template terms and ran some checks. Of course the site isn't listed yet(nor submitted) and needs links, but in running head to head against some number 1's in yahoo site scored better in most cases.
I added two free downloads, mainly for seo, and to try to get people to buy, but I also stuck google right in middle so you should get some accidently clicks if nothing else.
Finally I added a banner exchange to backend. This is what I am using, (script, not this site) on all my sites. The banners on top are from my site. I can add any site or ads, or remove, on all my sites, in a couple of minutes. A small code dropped in one time and I show new ads on all my sites.

very strong name. 104 ebooks already loaded for sale. Zen-cart is a version of oscommerce I really like. It will take a little bit to finish, but owner needs to do that. Good support forum. Back end is great. Mainly just needs header and little bit of your text in code.

The template planet has about 6 hours of SEO on the site. After its submitted and you build some links the site should do very well. This site should do well in a few months on several terms.
