Anyone know how a person can start/propose a new TLD? Is there a form?

For a $50,000 application fee, another half milllion or so in the bank, and the right partners to run the registry, anyone can propose a new TLD to ICANN. That's how Neulevel and Affilias did it.

Other than that, you could start a new country and apply for a ccTLD.

There's another company out there now selling any TLD you want. Only trouble is...they don't work.

Oh, and the application fee is non-refundable. Doesn't guarantee acceptance of the TLD either...

This guy is a complete Idgit. One of the bad seeds on the DNforum. Don't help him at all, put him on ignore and you'll be happy you did. He rips people off.

I am usually among the first to follow an "embargo" against bad guys/gals, but I want to be convinced.
Can you provide more clues Stoc?

Well, most recently he backed out of the deal with gourd set in the last auction Sunday. Then the guy tries to mess up a DNF$ auction that was the first one done by a newbie. (best way to scare off new members that I've seen) We don't need no stinkin idgits around these parts.
