appraise New top level domain: www.shuttle.space (rare)

With technology evolving faster then ever I find it hard to put a price on it.
I know that when shuttles to space become commercialised in a year or 10 this DN could be pure gold... but could some of you guys give an estimate right now?

Its my first domain so I don't really know...

First of all, it's an unproven extension. We don't even know if it'll (the extension or the technology) be around in 10 years. Second, it should be reversed to read Space Shuttle.

Icann wouldn't launche it to stop it 10 years from now... (they needed 7 or more years to start this up)
And I don't want it to be called spaceshuttle, because now the domain explains it is a shuttle to space.

I understand your arguments but space.shuttle is less attractive then shuttle.space when it comes to offering flights.
Weather or not the technology will pick up, all I can say is they are already commercialising trips to space

Or, develop it.

take the $500 and buy a .com domain with appreciation potential, unfortunately I don't think your domain has any intrinsic value and is not worth developing, sell it and let the buyer figure that out. You could find a nice domain with real value for $500
