Ok,
While watching the ball drop at Times Square on New Year's Eve, I got to thinking... Why isn't there a mega lottery of some sort in the US or abroad where a bunch of states get together and do a New Years Eve lottery draw?
Picture a 500 million or something on the table with numbers being pulled and displayed at Times Square as the ball drops.
Some lucky person(s) getting the opportunity to start the new year with a bankroll. I think it would be awesome.
