Where are you seeing this?

Backlinks are the links from other sites to your site, for example, if someone writes a blog post about your website and includes a link to it, that is considered a backlink...

Not exactly sure about Frequency...

Are you seeing this on Estibot perhaps?
If so, click on frequency, and it will show you where that number originates.

always verify any backlink numbers, by looking to see where those links are.

they could be meaningless links in sigs, yahoo forums or from random webpages that don't get much, if any visitors themselves.

as for frequency....it's just a term and cannot be verified until you actually own the domain

it can be related to keyword frequency of usage for terms in google results, word tracker or any other engine.


but just because a term/terms have high frequencies, doesn't mean that particular domain you find, will get that much traffic.

or that those kw will actually produce the earnings per click when compared to kw bid prices.
