When I say it is blocked in Google I am not referring to search results I'm referring to Google's parking feed.

The domain is Fail Listed as Seek99 said above. That means Google will not display their ads on the domains parked page which renders the domain FAR less valuable.

I imagine that the earnings you state above are past earnings and not current earnings

@Adam - you should know better! When you make a statement basically approving the quality of this domain people trust you - and in this case you are just plane wrong - the domain is 100% blocked by Google for parking.

If you go to the parked page and click on one of the category links you will see that on the following page absolutely ZERO ads are displayed because the domain is blocked

So, once again, assuming that your historical revenue stats are accurate I am willing to offer $1,000 for the domain.

The name is banned from Google feeds indeed.

BTW, Adam is plain wrong and not :plane: wrong. ;)

@Seafoodmonger - The stats are for current earnings, average $30 a day. When you come up with a more serious offer then I will PM you the stats.

Not sure about google parked pages and how you test that. I am using domainpower.com for parking and they had some blacklisted advertisers on there which caused me to switch to my own dns and I am missing some traffic for that reason.

thanks,

DomainPower uses a Google ad feed and your domain is clearly blocked by the Google parking ads feed - so once again I am curious to know how you could be earning any revenue at all nevermind $30 per day?

I can ASSURE you that I am a very serious buyer but something doesn't smell right here.

PM me with real stats and I will make you a serious offer

did you check out the URL? it forwards to newegg.com through his affiliate link so that is how he is making money. once newegg catches this though the domain will be gone and i doubt parking it will generate much revenue at all.

also, when you say the domain is blocked by google, most people take that to mean within the SERPS and not a parking feed. so lack of clarity was the culprit for the confusion.

When I first typed neweggs.com on browser it forwarded me to NewEgg.com. I then tried again, and it went to neweggs.com's home page with search box and ads below it. If it is what I see on its homepage, then he could probably make some money from the ads if the domain has good traffic.

Guys - all of this is new today. As of last night and for all of this year the domain was parked with DomainPower (Domain Holdings). They operate on a Google ad feed.

Since I called him out on this, he has changed the nameservers 3 times today. First it didn't resolve. Then it was being forwarded and now it has a search box.

Clearly there is something amiss here...

@SeafoofMonger - you should really change your name to propaganda monger. Check my dns settings and I have a ton of A records there, that is being used randomly by domainpower. You have no clue about domain parking.

Stop the lies or I will ask admin to ban you.

I have not lied about anything. In fact I am the one who called you out for a lie.

Here are the facts:

NewEggs.com is Fail Listed by Google and will NEVER be able to be parked on a Google feed (which is 90% of all the parking companies)

You claim it makes $30 per day but there are no ads showing on the domain so I don't understand how it could be making any money at all

Multiple people have asked you to address this issue and let us know how the domain is actually making money - BUT - you have not addressed this and have not given us an answer

You claim that you have never heard of a Google Ad feed - yet in your last post you seem to have a significant amount of technical knowledge about parking and DNS

-----------------------------------

I am legitimately interested in buying neweggs.com, but I want answers which address the discrepancies I have pointed out and I want proof of your claims

-----------------------------------

And by the way - do not threaten to have me banned, I am looking out for the interests of not only myself but other DNF users who may be interested in buying your domain. There are a lot of scammers and liars on this and all forums and people need to be careful.

If your stats are legitimate then simply show proof - it's not complicated

In any event, it's still a TM domain and I'm sure someone has snitched to NewEgg by now.
TM domains simply cannot be posted publicly on forums because some domainers will feel the need to report you.
It's not like the good ol' days where the majority of domainers were investing in TM names.
Now you have "elitist" domainers that are working for the good of "the industry".

Ok let me clear something.

@dmuyre - First of all the domain is not a TM domain. The Neweggs TM was first established in 1989 for Pure Eggs Brand, way before newegg.com the pc part store. This domain was registered 3 years before newegg.com TM.

On top of that, the statue of limitation has expired. I was contacted by newegg.com marketing firm few years ago and they were trying to buy the domain, I didn't accept their offer.

@SeafoodMonger - as far as the google ad feed goes, I said I wasn't sure how YOU test it, I didn't say I never heard of google feed. Don't change my words around, you are making false accusations again.

@ntguy - DomainParking.com has a tool for checking the status of any domain name (whether or not it is clean or fail listed by Google). That is how I tested it. But then after you insisted that it is still earning $30 per day I was curious how that could be so I went to: www.neweggs.com - which at the time was still a parked page as it has been for months. The parking provider was DomainPower as you stated above. HOWEVER, after clicking on one of the category keywords (which does not generate any revenue for the domain owner or parking company - it just tells Google which category of ads to display) - then there were no ads - I man ZERO.

So that brings me back to my original question which is simply: HOW DOES THIS DOMAIN EARN MONEY IF IT IS BLOCKED IN GOOGLE AND HAS BEEN PARKING WITH A DOMAIN PARKING COMPANY WHICH USES A GOOGLE FEED???
