You are right. They buy 1 gutter. That has nothing to do with new gutter.

Dude they buy "gutters" This is why newgutters.com has been registered since 2001. And why you where able to pick this one up just a few months ago.

The overture is 99.

Won't get much traffic, and people will look for the plural that do look.

I see what your asking and I will tell you. What ever they offer you. TAKE IT!

I disagree. The direct approach for a name like this suggests interest from a potential end-user, that is motivated enough to do some research. NewGutters would obviously be much more valuable but the potential buyer is obviously interested in this keyword. If I put "new gutter" into Google, true I only get 11,000 searches, but I certainly get lot of Adwords.

I would be very surprised if the potential buyer walked away because he could not find $300.

Best Regards

I agree with mr wixon, i would think end user would pay at least 500.00 if not more depending on how big the company is
