Ok please read this carefully only if you are a serious domainer.
This summer I partnered with a company and listed NewHomeAppraisal.com in the Wall Street Journal. It appeared in both print and online versions for 3 days and in the international version for 2 days. It also appeared in Ad Age Magazine which is a respected publication in the advertising business. The domain is also listed for sale at BigTicketDomains.com for $5000.
For serious inquires only I will provide screenshots from the WSJ and Ad Age as well as dates if you want to verify.
I had several offers for the domain during these ad runs but no one wanted to go quite as high as my by it now price. Although please make no mistake, I had some offers that were very close.
I know this domain has a lot of potential. And it will be listed forever in those printed publications. To some people it will be worth more than to others. I get that too. The price for domains is very relative to the buyer.
It is the end of the year and I am trying to close out a few of my better domains to cover some expenses and prepare for the tax crunch that is coming. If you have interest in this domain and want to make an offer please do so by PM here. I am not making this available on other forums.
Finally, I am looking for serious buyers. The domain generates responses from people and I have had several offers. It will remain listed at BigTicketDomains.com if you want and I can have them change the contact name to you so you will get all the inquires. Every time they run another round of print ads the website gets referenced and people will see this domain high on the list. So without spending a dime the owner will have some great advertising.
Please do not post your offer publicy and don't post that you think the domain is not worth what I am asking. Like I said it's all relative. There is a good chance that I'll sell this for substantially less than my BIN and someone will contact the new owner tomorrow and want it for the listing price of $5000. Who knows?
I will entertain all offers. Of course I am not looking to get my listed BIN price. I realize that price is for end users not domainers.
Please PM me with any offers or inquires.
