The fact is I'm going to be selling a lot of domains in the next little while. I've been sorting through names etc to decide on what and this one was decided a good month ago. Long before anything happened.

Considering that a number of organizations around the world were using the initials, and there was no registered trademark, I am not sure why one charity would have rights to it over me or anyone else, or why I couldn't use the domain for whatever I wanted. And, to make my position all the sweeter, the panelist agreed with me.



Are you referring to Rick's board? 4 years ago feels like ancient history. I thought the contents of that board were strictly 'confidential?' Oh wait, now I remember... the rules there only applied selectively.
