Well, good luck with that. Maybe you might want to consider taking just a measly $10 Bil instead. :cheeky:

With News Corp. in the mix, the search engine wars could get really interesting. On real estate domains in general, they've helped spark more interest in the internet which is a perfect medium for home sellers/buyers.

Make sure you renew it soon LOL

ive decided to let it expire instead. if i cant get enough money to buy a small european country, then i dont really care about this domain.

Push it to my account instead of letting it expire. I'm sure I would find some
use for it. Seriously, it's a great domain and worth more than $500,000 to
an end user. Good luck with finding the right buyer!

Should have taken the money and run!

Alexa Rankings for renters.com

Today 1 wk. Avg. 3 mos. Avg. 3 mos. Change
-- -- 2,890,490 down 554,743

With only 2804 on Overture last month for the term Renters. By contrast RENT throws up 241,279, whilst the dot com is ranked 1033 at Alexa and is rising. I would have to say that I feel the 500K, if genuine, was a very generous offer!

Sucked in again. LOL

Actually, it is a nice domain and I reckon that rent.com is probably worth about $50 Million. By contrast for renters.com to reach its full potential will require significant Marketing and Branding. Ultimately though, it could reach the 500K level, but only after a significant amount of money has been spent on it!
