I'm sorry to blow up this morning..but at the VERY LEAST ..you need to have a big banner as people check in to understand what is going on with the auction..

ANYTHING.. YOU need to come to the forefront and make a statement... Customer service is lacking..this is no longer a free forum; people are going to start making demands and rightfully so...


I'm not so much pissed as in disbelief that you havent informed everyone of what is going on to the best of your knowledge...

You know I read those threads last night but apparently before Greg posted.. teribly sorry to hear about your loss Greg..

Pooper and dobery, Bob..perhaps we need a premade email set-up for the auctions..For cases like this when the auction isnt going right.. an email would be sent out stating the trouble with the auction..that another attempt will be made at the next hour..if that attempt fails then the auction will automatically move to the following week?

That way everyone gets an email ad knows what is going on..

What d you guyss think.. seems reasonable?

I mean look at how many people are new here that have absolutely no idea what is going...
