Paid appraisals are meaningless. Unless Moniker would pay you somewhere near the 16K they appraised NewSkis.com for, then that appraisal means nothing. UsedSkis.com would be more appropriate. Just like UsedJeans.com is better than NewJeans.com. Selling iAuction.com for 50K is not relavant to those names you listed. I don't see any favors being done to potential buyers. Not buying the charity line, even if it is the Holiday season.
