Thanks DNP. This is not an appraisal thread, so I don't want to comment on the price. It is such a nice domain, too bad I cannot afford it... lol.

Good luck!

Sorry. Not interested in such offers. It is BRAND name and ONE of the BEST.
We have very high offer from EAST now and have not serious offers from AMERICANS!!! It is very strange!

You can develop project, add such affiliate program as ian.com, then sending traffic, receive return visitors - and then earn income. May be need develop entertainment project such as myspace, dating for newyorkers, travel guide etc.

That's understandable.

I am interested in who actually owns this domain. Seems to be quite a conflict as to the ownership of several domains you have listed for sale.

You want someone to broker them, then you are selling them, and the names are under several different owners and different countries.

Are you the owner or the broker?

:)

But was he the buyer?

I believe so.... but let's assume he wasn't... If the previous buyer paid $46K and say there was an emergency how much would sell for? $38K ...$30K? How does that even compare to the $5K offers here?

If I paid $100K for 93wg839gh89g8h-gf98g--439ht.us, do I expect at least a $99K return?
Some domains may worth its price at a certain time, but when the time's gone, it's gone. Some people also over pay for certain domains, that doesn't mean the domains would worth such prices to other people.
Anyway, most of us know newyork.info went for mid 5 as it was a big news here.
The real question here is still - Does he own the domains?
