Not sure to be honest...if it was NewYorkYankees.com than absolutely! But because it is NewYorkYanks.com I'm not sure how strong a TM claim would hold up....

Yanks was a movie and also has a lot of non-baseball definitions at Wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yankee
