On their site, it states, "If the domain name becomes available during your subscription period, the registration is yours." Sounds like WLS?

As much as I don't like NWS/Verisign, this just sound like another backorder service.

No surprise that NWS/Verisign tries to make it sound like something else! And who in their right mind would want to register any domain with them anyway??

According to the stats I see, NSI/Verisign is BLEEDING domains! Something like 1.5 Million per year! Check this out:

No wonder thay are desperately searching for ways to corner other markets and find other people to abuse and ignore (such as the .tv registry!)

OUCH - If it ends up being for real this will sure change things. Seems a little early tho. Are they going to refund money spent if WLS burps due to law suites, etc?? Maybe they should get the much bounced around OUCH.COM for this service.
