Recently re-acquired Nicdo.com domain sales business. Nice lay out and easy banner and appraisal sales income, along with 10% of all domain sales transactions. Had site traffic built up to Alexa Top 250,000 less than a year ago.
Purchaser couldn't complete transaction and sat on domain/business for 6 months.
Considering all offers over $1800. Need to spend a few weeks build traffic and oraganizing. Can sell again for $3500+ with traffic and income - if you'd even want to part with its income that is....
Nicdo.com also has an easy online administrative script to help you add or change banners or add/delete users. It currently has over 1000 members!
