Well, it might work if a english person is looking for lyrics in Chinese, chances are no one will be looking for that... I never have. Might be able to find an end user somewhere good luck.

Well, it might work if an english person is looking for lyrics and you have a site optimized(quality, content relevant, one way inbound links & lots of relevant content) for the keyword "lyrics" in google.

I mean since google don't give a shit what the extension is, all things being equal, you should be able to get it in the top ten for "lyrics" considering a few of the top ten sites don't even have the word lyrics in their url. Just takes a year or 2 of very hard, diligent work.

Value of:
just domain name to reseller: reg fee
just domain name to developer:$25-50
a developed, optimized "lyrics" google top 10 site: $xx,xxx
