I am going to sell Camaro.org which is a nice growing community of Camaro enthusiasts.

It gets right around 30 daily uniques from type-ins and search engines.

It has very little revenue to speak of. I never had it on it's own seperate channel at Adsense. I think at one time it was making $20-30/month, but cannot remember..

It has 420 articles and 220 registered users.

I was going to add classifieds and lots of other stuff, but just didn't get around to it. This is a great opportunity, and a great deal.
