If you develop the domain you will certainly be sued by Pfizer. Big Pharma are just as bad as Big Music when it comes to unleashing their lawyers to act against trademark and copyright infridgement. Add the fact that Viagra related spam is a really big problem for Pfizer right now and you are really asking for trouble:

You can always check the USPTO before registering a domain. At least you'll know if a name has been trademarked in the United States before taking the plunge:

Yes, the name Viagra is under trademark and if I were you, at this time I definately would not take the risk of developing or attempting to sell it.
