Thanks for the offer but I'm looking for more. The domain It self has more value then the current sedo earnings IMO that's why I want more.

The term has 4,400 exact Google searches per month too which I think would be easy to rank for and thus provides a bit more value. Anyway let's say I sell It for only the parking value. I want 10 years value, thus $300.
