Sorry if i posted this at wrong section ( if it is , please move to right one ) but i had to post it
ok today i was looking at some automobile , i wanted to look at some nissan cars so i typed in Nissan.com and turns out Nissan doesnt own the name , wow

check nissan.com , they even got a big title talking about their fight about them VS Nissam motor company

Guys who have been here might have seen it but new people like me, its a interesting case to read about , hope i am not doing anything wrong

Nissan.com should be forced to pay back all the legal fees caused to the rightful Nissan.com owner. Sorry but they will never be able to prove bad faith.

The owner has a legitimate use.

I remember reading that the motor company has offered to pay 1 or 2 mill a long time ago.
Our Israeli guy hinted that the price should be around $10+ Mil.
While the d!ckheads at the motor company are trying to prove that they have big d!cks, the company lost $5B worth of business in the US.
