NNET.COM

nnet.com was created on October 16, 1995, which makes it 12 years old! It was purchased directly from the owner so it has never dropped.

All TLD/ccTLD's taken including: .com, .net, .org, .co.uk, .us, .biz, .info, .se, .dk, .eu, .cn, .tw, .mobi, .cc, .tv

It also has a valid Google PR2 and I also see it as a Net.com typo.

I have done some research and it looks like most of the *net.com LLLL.com's are developed and many are owned by huge companies.

I would very much appreciate your thoughts on this one, thank you.

Added info:

nnet.com has received approximately 50-60 uv/daily since it was parked on Sedo 10/05/07.

1k$ range to resellers, would really be interested in the typo traffic, that could multiple the value with ease.

well, honestly, although it seems my appraisal is lower than others I think its always important to differentiate between people that would actually buy and those that would not and have never, some people that appraise high at a reseller level such as mid $x.xxx would never offer that. I think many people give high appraisals to be nice, but I think that doesnt help anyone.
Try and ask those domain professionals on some past appraisals if they would like to buy it for what they appraised it at and chances are you are getting all kinds of excuses...
..I am not saying an appraisal should equal an offer, but I think in general people should be a little more thoughtful when throwing numbers around

I have sold similar LLLL.coms for mid $x.xxx, but thats to end user, and its a good domain so I could see an end user coming around, its just that
I think if you would have this in a sedo auction it wouldnt go a lot higher than mid $$$ IMO, but hey.. of course I could be wrong and I am always happy if domains sell for more than I think they are worth..

I understand what you are saying, except the Sedo auction part. :)

As there are some domainers who give high appraisals just to be kind, there are also those who give crappy appraisals in order to perhaps buy the name for a lower price. I'm not saying that is your intention, so please don't misunderstand.

Anyways, I always appreciate honest appraisals, even though it seems I'm a bit more eager about this domain than you are. Thanks!

More honest appraisals are appreciated.

I was not giving my appraisal to be kind...and have spent high xx,xxx on domains in the last 3 months....so I do buy. This name has great end user potential...could be a while, but I see great potential for a big payday.

IMO - Mid xxx is a firsale appraisal, low xxxx reseller

Thanks Onward.

I have put together a little list of potential endusers though, which I might send an e-mail to. It would've been nice to finally close an end-user sale, as I have only sold to resellers (I assume) since I started domaining in february.

More comments are always appreciated!

I think this is a great domain! A four letter domain with the word "net" in it is extremely brandable and very desirable to an end user. I myself own unet.com and paid well for it. Most appraisals on this forum are based off of traffic, and not many other important factors. Which is fine, that is what it is worth to them. The "only" thing that may slightly hurt this domain is the double "N". Still, it's a beaut! I'd say low xx,xxx undeveloped. If you want a glimpse of how fast these things are increasing in value, check out archived post on this forum from a few years ago. In some cases values have tripled and more. Nice name!

Definitely a great domain - I'd value it at mid x,xxx reseller minimum.

Domains like this don't come along very often at all - and being 12 years old is pretty desirable.

I'd hope that you can target an end user, though - as this domain has clear potential, and it'd be best (IMHO) to find an end user - who could pay xx,xxx... or hopefully beyond ;)

Good luck with this one though; and great buy!

$2k-$4k . A nice LLLL.com .

Dude you seriously have zero clue what the hell your doing! Looking back at my thread on unet.com, you appraised it for "mid xxx reseller", yet appraise this 2-4k. You just can't be taken seriously. I notice this with all your appraisals. Get a clue!
