I am thinking of buying NNN.com In the real estate business NNN means Triple Net Lease, which is a long term lease where the tenant pays all the expenses. Its on SEDO and gets about 2500 type ins per month, but no clue how many of these are looking for triple net lease or whether they are looking for something different.

It's true that you have to own the domain to post here.
With that said, regardless of what the traffic currently visiting the domain is looking for, you'll still have to do a fair bit of marketing and branding, obviously. Keep that in mind when figuring out your budget, because that domain won't be cheap.
