Now that all 5N.com names have been culled from the wild, post here which ones you picked up. How many and why?

For my part I only picked up one: 42563.com because of the cellphone connection with a very popular video game.

I had most of my NNNNN numeric domains prior to the land rush. But I did pick up a few including 72836. That spells RAVEN on cell phones.

She's ..... an actress ;)

I mostly picked NNNNN's with better quality digits and more google results.
I have many premiums, a bunch that are ending with 0 and some foreign zip codes.

I picked up 50+ "random" combinations. I didn't really focus on what they spell or represent, I just picked a group that started with different numbers, ended with different numbers and generally don't contain any 0's in the middle digits. My goal is to sell them for $100 each within a year - based on how quickly LLLL.com names have appreciated in value in just a few months, this seems reasonable...

I picked up around 100, mostly based on Google results, there were just to many so didn't have time to check what word is coming up from the combination.

Please fill me in because I don't get it. Why are numeric domains valuable?

Is it alot to do with assuming mobile internet will become big and websites will brand themselves with numeric domains because it's easier to type?

I would like more of an explanation then that :) Solely looking at availability of names does not determine it's value.

All the zipcodes around here were picked up by Marchex, and all of these .com's redirect to the .net also owned by them.

Some of everything, lots of foreign postal codes, random numbers, sequences, some numbers that spell words on cell phones, some with good Chinese numbers.

I just picked a couple hundred random numbers. Just browsed a list looking for repeating numbers and such. It's certainly not a market I expect to explode but I should be able to to make a few bucks. And who knows, I never expected bad llll.coms to explode either.

Couple hundred hey? Well if anyone thinks they reg a few too many and want to get rid of some. You can sell them some to me, since I would like to get a few more. Like 10-30 if possible.
