Nope - IMO reverse hijacking claims and rulings should have some teeth to them, but they don't. Basically it's just calling them a name.

Just thinking out loud here but.....

If you are going to waste money and do something this stupid why go after casinos.org ?

Why not register c-a-s-i-n-o.com or s-----e----x.com or something and go after something worth much greater value?

I mean it cost the same to file regardless what name he goes after why not shoot for the stars?

I'm sure the owners of those .coms have more money and much better attorneys than the owner of a .org

I hope, after the .org winner wins, he'll sue the complainant for damages (legal fees etc..).
