I have has that before, it's some sort of a cookie issue because when I tried on another pc I got in fine.

This has happened to at least 6 times.

That is exactly the problem. I have a reseller site and it drives me crazy to log into it and also my site's interface sometimes disconnects from the enom server and when I log in, it shows no domains at all!

The eNom family of websites will ONLY work correctly with the following supported browsers:
I.E. 5.0 or above with cookies turned ON
- or -
Netscape 5.0 or above with cookies turned ON
(Version 6.0 is actually recommended if you are using Netscape)

If you are specifically trying to get in using AOL 6 -or- IE 6,
Here is how to get around the security settings issue:
1) open a browser
2) click on TOOLS
3) click on INTERNET SETTINGS
4) click on PRIVACY SETTINGS
5) set privacy settings to LOW
6) click APPLY and OK
7) close browser and try again.

WEBTV will not work
MOZILLA will not work
OPERA will not work
Many others will not work correctly either--we are sorry we are unable to program for all browser compatibility.

What browser is being used? What version of browser? Are you attempting to login to enom.com, a PDQ site, Registry Rocket, or Access?
Have you tried clearing your cookies? Are cookies enabled on your browser?

The above post is actually inaccurate. eNom WILL work with mozilla. Netscape 6+ IS mozilla, but with another name. Also, there is no Netscape 5.

Also, I use eNom with Firefox (a Mozilla product) all the time. It works fine.
