enom No Status Order emails from Enom for two weeks

Yup. They lost one of my domains and still haven't found it. No replies.

You are not alone, we have not received order status emails for the last two weeks. This includes order status emails for our own orders, our resellers and our retail customers. Turned in a ticket, got the response they are working on it and know there is a problem, and since they closed the ticket even though its still not fixed. As of today we are still not receiving order status, but receive all other mail from enom. Time to open another ticket I guess.

It appears to be a problem related with your upseller or ETP.

Do you *think* or you are one? ;) I've a reseller account under an ETP and haven't had any problems with reminder or registration etc emails from eNom.

We are a Direct ETP meaning there is only Enom above us. Enom said they know they have a problem, I guess fixing it is another thing. They use a different email address for the "Order Status" emails, maybe that might have something to do with it.

I am ETP.

I have not been receiving my
- "Account Refill Confirmation Emails"
- Domain Renewal Emails
- Email full domain list

I have sent an email to support, they say they are checking but it's been a week and there's no response.

settings > reseller > confirmation email settings
All checked.

my info > Email Address (account)
I also tested this by changing to another email.

We need the refill confirmation emails for accounting filing.

I faced the same issue one or two months ago. They solved it, then the problem came back.

What's the status on your side?

Not receiving these confirmation emails is a serious issue.

Do you worry about not receiving unauthorized transfer out emails? I do.

No problems here.

As far as accounting is concerned, open a ticket requesting the CVS file to be attached to the ticket, with all transactions recorded. Then you can simply sort them by type.
