I have a domain that I wish to inquiry about, however, no data in the WHOIS info. Can I do anything to "force" them to fillin something.

I thought there were some laws now, making owners fill in correct info or possibly loss the name through a 'dispute'.

Is there something I can do through the registrar?

Any help?

Thanks in advance!

There is no provision for "no data", it should have something. A valid email, at least is needed. You can also report them to the domain's registrar, if you feel the WHOIS info is not accurate.

That is what I thought... its odd... take a look for yourself... (dropbuy, com)

Any ideas?

Looks like a glitch at the registrar, Name.com
Perhaps they can help you out.

That is an inproper whois.

It might be owned by the registrar.

I would suggest you contact the registrar - Name.com .

[email protected]

Let us know what you find out.

if you want to buy this domain...why would you mention the name??? and looks like the whois was just changed today?

strange.

I am not too worried about it really. Not all the interested, I had just never seen this before so I was interested in how it or he/she did it (if on purpose)

I will let you know what I find out.

Sometimes there is a glitch with the WHOIS output, however this one is the same since June.

cool, thx :yo:

maybe registrar owns it? ????

Let me recall the whois data of xgame.com ;)

Sometimes you get the results by checking the whois direct with the registrar

looks like a technical issue of the registrar
