Steen, you do realize that I was asking for the appraisal and not DVDrip? It doesn't make sense to tell him he doesn't need an appraisal when he wasn't the one asking for it. ;)

I can't estimate a price for the name, but I'd consider it very valuable.

Lexically, it's at least equal to "unlimited" and it's considerably better than "infinite".

Thirty dollars for nolimit.com? The appraisals forum for entertainment.

Lets keep this 100% professional as an example to other forums.
There is the possibility of risk investment being a record label, appraisals
are no different to bids, its the highest valid one that counts, so if
the name if worth $30 to the majority of investers thats an OK appraisal.

Lowball offers don't devalue a name and neither do lowball appraisals, the
net result is merely that this is a difficult name to appraise.

I'd back infinity.com any day.

It obviously refers to many things including "no limit" texas holdem which is catching on like wildfire...1K to reseller 5K to end user....much more if developed into a poker site....now thats an honest appraisal :D

No Limit Records (Master P) just filed bankrupcy, the site NoLimitRecords.com no longer resolves, instead they have moved to thenewnolimit.com, and I believe the TM's, if filed, are probably on No Limit Records, and No Limit Clothing. This domain probably gets about 700-1000 typeins a day. If parked at a PPC, further increasing the possibility of recieving a UDRP, I would value the domain at $2500 (approximately 2 years earnings, based on keyword bids at present). The domain alone I believe would be worth $2000 retail, $750 reseller, without the traffic.

IMO current value $3250-$4500

I respectfully disagree. The fact that this domain is parked at PPC dramatically lowers the risk of any UDRP or other litigation. Why? Because No Limit is not just Master P's old label, it is also a very popular type of poker and us offering gambling PPC links enhances the argument that we are making a non-infringing usage of the domain.

Second, this domain is earning significantly more than $1,250 per year, based on the traffic earnings for the past month or so. I'm not at liberty to say the exact clickthrough rate, as its actually my partner Qax's name, and not mine.

Results 1 - 10 of about 49,900 for "no limit poker".
Results 1 - 10 of about 8,210 for "no limit records"

It does suggest the majority of traffic is for gambling. It would be speculation to
appraise the name without a figure for the traffic though. Worth developing!

I also agree, but if you it with ppc and has links to master p's album via affiliates and such thats a totally different story.
I wouldn't worry about TM's if you use it for poker related stuff.

Those $30 appraisals were pretty funny... I think its legitimate to point out how off those folks are.

I wish they would put a couple of their names up for sale on the forum and see how much they ask for them...

nolimit is not a great term highstakes It's best to sell to one of these domaineer's that posted there high prices. Ask them to buy it. I don't think they will...

My most sincere apologies, indeed I mistook dvrip's post for your own.

Sorry, I am just getting tired of those asking for an appraisal then arguing with the amounts. Which I don't find you are :-)
