Wanted: Service Non CC-funded PayPal?

Does anybody have a non-credit card funded PayPal account, that can help me out?

I need to send $25 to someone who can't accept CC-funded PayPal payments. If I will send you the $25 (plus whatever fees are required), can you forward it on to my seller?
